Daymond M. Milam received his Master of Business Administration from Winston-Salem State University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from N.C. A&T State University. Milam has held positions ranging from Senior Accountant to Director of Finance for the triad’s premier healthcare facilities prior to joining Solutions Accounting, Tax, & Consulting, LLC. Milam’s primary responsibilities are advanced business planning, turnaround consulting, grant writing, cost analyses, proforma development, payroll processing, general business consulting, outsourced controllership, budgeting, management, and advanced income tax preparation. Helping nontraditional clients and those with special needs is the core of Solution’s market. Milam attributes the success of the organizations to its commitment to its clients and competitive pricing structure.

My name is Chakyra Cromartie, I’m originally from Delway, NC. I relocated to Greensboro, NC in 2017 to search for opportunities in accounting and finance.
I achieved that goal when I was promoted to Staff Accountant midway through my first year at Solutions Accounting, Tax, & Consulting LLC in 2017. Now, as the District Manager, I take pride in assisting people, overseeing the operations of our multiple locations, managing the employees of Solutions, and maintaining financials for our monthly clients. My aspirations are to obtain my master’s in accounting. I’m madly in love with landscaping and views. I love the beach, lake, mountains, etc. I’m more than obsessed with my two dogs (which are a Yorkshire Terrier and a Chihuahua- Jack Russell mixed). I like trying out new foods and activities when spending time with my friends and family. I also enjoy being secluded in my peaceful home. Though I’ve been with the company for 7+ years, I’m only at the introduction of my career at Solutions.

I’m a seasoned Business Project Consultant with over 30 years of experience in both the private and public sectors. My background includes a Bachelor’s in Public Administration, an MBA, and ongoing doctoral studies in Leadership and Organizational Management at Liberty University.
I’ve worked extensively in education, mental health, social services, and small business sectors, and I’m passionate about using my knowledge to help others and advocate for meaningful community projects.

Clinton A.H. Phillip Sr. graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Magna Cum Laude from North Carolina Wesleyan University. He has been an accountant well over 10 years and has been with Solutions since 2019. Clinton enjoys helping businesses grow with his financial knowledge. As one of Solutions tax accountants he also does multiple tasks such as: Business Plans, Offer in Compromises, business financials, etc. Clinton also being a small business owner can consult other business owner with the financial knowledge that he has attained with his 10 years of experience of being a business owner. Clinton has always enjoyed helping others and being an accountant at Solutions is a great way for him to serve clients in need of financial assistance while running a business or structuring their personal lives.
